Whether it's a 3-door, 5-door, or the long version XL7 – this steel bumper offers you the massive protection that the original plastic parts lack. It's the perfect choice for off-road tours and work assignments.

Robust Construction & Perfect Fit

Manufacturing is done with the highest precision to ensure easy assembly and maximum stability:

• Material Thickness: The housing is made of 3 mm thick steel plate. The frame mounting brackets are robustly designed with a thickness of 6 mm.

• Specific Fit: For the Grand Vitara XL7, we supply an adapted version with extended side panels to accommodate the longer overhang. Please let us know which variant you have when ordering.

• Manufacturing: All parts are laser-cut and bent on CNC press brakes.

• Finish: Sandblasted and coated with a double powder coat in matte black (RAL 9005) for optimal corrosion protection.

Off-road Features & Functionality

• Hi-Lift Mounts: Integrated, reinforced openings allow you to safely attach your Hi-Lift jack directly to the bumper.

• Shackle Mounts: Mounting holes for recovery shackle brackets are already present. The matching brackets can be ordered as optional accessories in our shop.

• Includes LED Lighting: The set contains modern LED lamps that ensure clear visibility and safety when maneuvering off-road.

Colors & Surfaces

We deliver the bumper in Matte Black (RAL 9005) as standard.

• Custom RAL Color: For an additional charge, we can manufacture the bumper in your desired color from the RAL palette. Simply enter the RAL code in the comment field during the ordering process.

Note on Custom Colors: Since the bumper is custom-made for you when a specific color is requested, the right of withdrawal for these personalized items is excluded.

Important Notes on Installation & Production

• Plug & Play: No cutting, drilling, or welding is required on your Suzuki for installation. All necessary parts for assembly are included in the scope of delivery.

• Specialist Workshop Recommendation: We strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Correct anchoring to the frame is essential for safety when using jacks or recovery shackles.

• Production Time: Since each bumper is individually manufactured, the delivery time is up to 8 weeks.

• Legal: This bumper has no road approval (no expert opinion/ABE). Please clarify a possible individual inspection before purchasing with an expert.
