The MorE 4x4 aluminum transfer case skid plate (protection for the reduction gear) for the Toyota Land Cruiser (model years 1996 to 2002) secures one of the most important and at the same time most vulnerable components under your vehicle. The transfer case sits relatively centrally under the vehicle and is particularly exposed during crest crossings, extreme articulation in off-road terrain, hard impacts on rocks, or when driving over thick tree stumps. Mechanical damage at this point usually means the immediate end of the journey and results in immense repair costs.

This vehicle-specific underbody protection reliably closes this critical safety gap in the underbody. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without the need for other plates of the underbody system (such as the front engine or main gearbox protection) to be installed.

🚗 Compatibility note for J95 (Long) & J90 (Short): This underbody protection is primarily designed for the long vehicle version (Toyota Land Cruiser J95 – 5-door). However, it can also be easily installed on the short vehicle version (Toyota Land Cruiser J90 – 3-door). For this, only the additional MorE 4x4 mounting crossmember / skid plate beam with item SKU MO-OP062 is required (please order separately in the shop).

The scope of delivery for this item includes exclusively the transfer case skid plate. Other skid plates (for engine, main gearbox, etc.) are not included in the delivery but can be purchased separately in our shop.
