These spring pads are the ideal solution to raise the rear of the vehicle and create space for larger tires or more articulation.

Why polyurethane (90 ShA) spacers?

Unlike metal or soft rubber spacers, high-strength polyurethane with a hardness of 90 ShA offers crucial advantages:

Extreme Hardness: The material is almost rigid and extremely pressure-resistant, so it does not deform even under heavy loads or hard impacts.
Noise Damping: PU absorbs vibrations and driving noises significantly better than rigid aluminum or steel spacers.

Product Details & Configuration

This set has been specially developed for the rear axle of the models listed below. To offer the right height for every application, the product is available in three variants:

Available Heights: 30 mm, 40 mm or 50 mm (please select when ordering).
Color: Orange.
Hardness: 90 ShA (Heavy Duty).

Scope of delivery

Rear spring pads: 2x PU spacers in the selected height.

Important Notes on Installation & Approval

Chassis Adjustments: Depending on the selected height and vehicle condition, additional adjustments to the chassis (e.g., longer shock absorbers, adjustment of brake lines or the Panhard rod) may be necessary for installation.
Legal Notice: The parts do not have a type approval (Teilegutachten or ABE). Therefore, they are not approved for public road traffic in Germany according to StVZO and are intended exclusively for export or use in private terrain/off-road sports.
