When a heavy-duty off-roader encounters sharp-edged rocks, hidden tree stumps, and deep ruts, the original plastic front end often becomes an expensive weak point. This is precisely where the MorE 4x4 steel front bumper comes in: it protects the radiator, body, and, in an emergency, even the ladder frame from damage that can quickly lead to astronomical repair costs. With massive material thicknesses of 6, 4, and 3 mm, it is consistently designed for tough off-road use and provides the necessary substance when the overlanding off-roader not only needs to look good but also withstand uncompromising abuse.
The stepless three-point adjustment in three planes significantly facilitates precise installation and ensures a clean, perfectly aligned fit on the vehicle. Lateral supports, bolted directly to the frame, additionally stabilize the long structure and absorb loads exactly where they arise in the field. Added to this is the integrated winch plate as a standard basis for true recovery safety – a detail that makes the difference between continuing and stopping on challenging passages.
The surface is also built to a premium standard: shot blasting, arc zinc spraying, Sahara polyester powder coating, and a particularly durable black textured paint ensure maximum corrosion protection and an extremely robust, grippy appearance with a technical presence. Two integrated mounts for daytime running lights or fog lights, reinforced shackle mounts, and the uncompromising steel construction make this bumper true front armor for expeditions, overlanding, and tough off-road days. The parking sensor openings are not pre-punched and must be drilled by yourself if required.
Please note: This off-road bumper does not have a general operating permit (ABE), no TÜV parts certificate, and no regular road approval within the scope of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). If the vehicle is to be driven on public roads, the following applies: Any potential registration by means of an individual inspection (Section 21 StVZO) must be clarified individually with the respective TÜV, Dekra, or KÜS inspector on site BEFORE purchase.
