Our massive underbody protection not only provides safety in off-road use but is also the perfect solution for a known problem: it replaces the often heavily corroded or rusted-through original cover on older vehicles.

Unique Protection & High-Quality Replacement

This tank guard is unique on the market and was specially developed for extreme demands:

• Massive construction: Made from 3 mm thick steel plate, precisely cut by CNC laser and formed on press brakes.

• Rescue for rust problems: Since the original tank bracket/cover on many Discovery models shows massive corrosion damage after only a few years, our plate serves as an ideal, much more stable replacement.

• Durable finish: Standard sandblasted and finished with a double powder coating in Slate Grey Matt (RAL 7015).

Versatile Options & Easy Installation

We offer you maximum flexibility in design and protection level:

• Plug & Play: No additional parts are required. The protection is mounted directly, and all necessary fasteners are included in the set.

• System Addition: This plate ideally completes your underbody protection and closes the gap between the protection plates for the gearbox and rear axle (not included).
